Bio:

Torpedo bomber air crewman assigned to Composite Squadron Five (VC-5) stationed at Naval Auxiliary Air Station (NAAS) Ventura, CA. He perished when the TBM Avenger that he was flying aboard crashed at sea near Anacapa Island following a mid-air collison with another aircraft from his squadron.
