Private Henry Dimery is the Scout of the Day.

Henry Dimery was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Mexico. He had black eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood 5’8”. He was 23 when he enlisted. He completed three enlistments, serving from July 17, 1893 to January 16, 1898. He was stationed at Ft. Ringold and Cp. San Pedro and served under Lt. Vestal and Lt. Hays.
