Bio:

Tobe Factor was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout. He was born in Mexico. He had black eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood about 5’7”, and first enlisted when he was 29 years old.

He completed 5 enlistments, serving from January 13, 1893 to January 12, 1898. He was stationed at Fort Clark, Cp. San Pedro, and Fort Ringold and served under Lt. Shanks, Lt. Vestal, and Lt. Hays.
