Bio:

Adam Fay is a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who born in Mexico. He had black eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood 5’7”. He enlisted when he was 17 years old.

He completed 19 enlistments, serving from August 16, 1870 to August 31, 1884. He was stationed at Fort Duncan, Cp. Supply, Fort Clark, Painted Cp, and Howard Cp and served under Major Bliss, Cpt. Beyer, Lt. Bullis, Lt. Jones, Lt. French, and Lt. Hall.

He was named a corporal on October 1, 1875 and April 13, 1883. He was also named a blacksmith on May 1, 1879.
