Bio:
He was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Mexico. He had brown eyes, black hair, and a copper complexion. He stood 5’5”. He was 33 when he first enlisted.
He completed one enlistment, serving from May 29, 1878 to May 28, 1879. He was stationed at Fort Clark and served under Lt. Bullis.
Note: Vector was probably the father of Gregorio, Quirino, and Thomas.
