Bio:

Thomas Hoskins was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Texas. He had black eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood 5’10”. He was 25 when he first enlisted.

He completed 2 enlistments, serving from December 27, 1883 to August 31, 1884. He served under Lt. French and was stationed at Ft. Clark and Cp. Myers.
