Bio:

Curly Jefferson was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born at Fort Clark in Brackettville, Texas. He had brown eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood 5’7”. He was 26 when he enlisted.

He completed 2 enlistments, serving from August 13, 1908 to July 31, 1914. He served under Major Rage and Lt. Hughes. He was stationed at Fort Clark. He was honorably discharged on July 31, 1914.
