Bio:
Manuel Longorio was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Mexico. He had black eyes, black hair, and a dark complexion. He stood 5’6”. He was 26 when he first enlisted.
He completed 5 enlistments, serving from May 6, 1880 to January 5, 1886. He served under Lt. Bullis, Lt. Hall, and Lt. Cunningham. He was stationed at Ft. Clark and Cp Myers.
Note: He was probably Julian Longorio’s brother, and both were raised by Indians in Mexico.
