Bio:
Enrique Ortiz was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Texas. He had brown eyes, black hair, and a dark complexion. He stood 5’5”. He was 25 when he first enlisted.
He completed 4 enlistments, serving from January 7, 1886 to February 25, 1890. He served under Lt. Hall and Lt. Dickman. He was stationed at Fort Clark and Camp Neville.
