Bio:

Plantz Payne was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Mexico. He had black eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood 5’7”. He first enlisted when he was 23 years old.

He completed 1 enlistment, serving from January 1, 1889 to February 28, 1890. He served under Lt. Dickman and was stationed at Fort Clark and Cp. Neville.
