William Scott was a Seminole Negro Indian Scout who was born in Texas. He had black eyes, black hair, and a black complexion. He stood 6’. He was 22 years old when he first enlisted.
He completed 1 enlistment, serving from December 26, 1888 to February 28, 1889. He served under Lt. Dickman. He was stationed at Ft. Clark and Cp. Neville.
