Biography: Roy graduated from Dublin High School in Dublin, Texas. After graduating, he
enlisted in the Army. Roy served in Kandahar, Afghanistan in 2005 and in Iraq 2006-2008 (COB
Speicher and Tikrit, Iraq). When Roy was honorably discharged from the military on 2008, he
worked until 2014 when he decided to go to college. He earned his Bachelors of Science in
Psychology from Tarleton State University in 2019. He is currently working on his Masters in
Counseling. Roy met his loving wife, Maile Hale, while living and going to school in Stephenville
Texas where they live, happily.
