Gary J Hardy has been a Professional Software Engineer developing commercial products in the information technology market for over 30 years. Gary has held numerous senior developer and leadership positions including those at; Apple Computer Incorporated, Nortel Networks, Digital Equipment Corporation, Union Carbide Linde Division, General Electric Company, Intel Corporation, International Business Machines Corporation, EarthLink Network, Netscape Communications Corporation, Sun Microsystems Incorporated, Kaplan Incorporated, Dun & Bradstreet plus many other angel funded startups through well known Fortune 500 corporations. Gary’s proven track record, breath of experience and leadership in aligning real world business needs to new and innovative commercial software products is unparalleled. His broad real world security experience from architectural risk assessment through network intrusion detection/prevention has been used to safeguard critical enterprise assets domestically and internationally. Gary’s most recent role was with the 175 year old Dun & Bradstreet. As a Distinguished Engineer at Dun & Bradstreet Gary was tasked with offering technology advice, guidance and mentorship to senior management, architects and global engineering leaders. Also influencing, guiding and driving product directions from a core data asset perspective. Additionally, helping define the technical strategy for a software development life cycle that best utilizes today’s common software developer toolsets and best practices. Finally, assisting in continuing corporate-wide security risk analysis with focus on the ever evolving technology stacks and global threat landscape.

Education: Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
